    Personal Goals/Career Ambitions

To be an activationist and crusader, a volunteer to display that special ambition for special assignments. Never to wait until conditions are perfect before volunteering or acting because such may never happen. To put ideas into reality. Ideas alone won’t bring success, they only have value when acted upon, and in the process, gain more confidence by eliminating fear.

To achieve success requires the support and cooperation of others and gaining their support requires leadership ability. The success and ability to lead others – that is getting them to do things they wouldn’t ordinarily do if they were not led, go hand in hand.

I have a strong desire to develop my leadership capacity, to master leadership rules and qualities that can cause others to do things as expected of them.

To re-position the Nigeria Union of Journalists to attain its rightful position as the fourth estate of the realm. It is only when such is attained that we can reposition ourselves effectively to ensure accountability and good governance and to fight corruption and electoral fraud.
